Raphael Louis Vitón (Raff), affectionately known as the “Macho Cubano from Chicago,” is the global lead for BuildU and the BuildU Leadership Academy partnership between Slalom and the world-renowned Stagen Integral Leadership Program (the “Degobah of Dallas”). Raff is a bilingual, first generation Cuban-American, former South American & Mexican expat with 30+ years in transformation, innovation strategy, cultural intelligence and conscious business consulting.

Becky Jo Tuell-Simpson, affectionately known as the “Unstoppable Becky Jo,” leads the strategic development, integration and communication for BuildU related learning programs and MVPs. Becky Jo’s background in global talent management, leadership onboarding, coaching, recruiting and educational ministry fuel the “fiercely human” BuildU standards of radical hospitality, generosity and care.
